Daddy's Girl

My sweet friend Laurie is hosting a special sketch challenge to celebrate her birthday.  I love her sketch and made time to play along.   Here is my take:


And here is Laurie's sketch:

Materials Used:
CTMH patterned paper: Chantilly
CTMH cardstock: Kraft, Twilight, and Cotton Candy
CTMH chipboard accents: Chantilly
CTMH Tiny Type Epoxy Alpha
CTMH Outdoor Denim Twill ribbon (retired)

Tags were cut by making rectangles and then simply clipping the top corners with my scissors and adding a hole using a hole punch.   Scalloped photo frame made using a Stampin' Up punch.

    Carla, thanks for playing along with the sketch, I love the bright colors you used against the kraft color on the tags and the photo is really sweet, I love to take pictures like that of the kids walking ahead of me...thanks for playing along :)

    Happy Birthday to Laurie! I think her sketch is super cute and your take on it is so wonderful! love how you went with the blue side of the paper and let the little pops of color really make a big splash on your page! Wonderful, as always!
