My Personal Highlight of Convention 2012

Definitely a HIGHLIGHT day for me here in Dallas!  Stacy Julian was our keynote speaker this morning and she was so inspiring.  If you've followed my blog for a while you know I'm a huge fan of Stacy's . . . I follow her philosophy on scrapbooking, I have read all her books & I take every class she teaches!   And she did not disappoint with her speech today!  

Main messages for me from today - - scrapbook the PEOPLE, not just the events & everyday moments. And it should be about scrapbooking the STORIES not about getting the pictures on paper!

She had most of the room in tears by the end of her hour!! I'm so glad CTMH brought her in this year as our keynote speaker.     AND ... I'm so excited I had a chance to meet her afterwards!!

Great day . . . now I'm off to download the amazing songs Stacy played for us during her presentation!!
