Mistletoe Treasure box for Christmas Ornaments

** I'm giving away blog candy - to enter, visit my post HERE!**

I love the CTMH Memory Keeper boxes - I have literally made a dozen or more.  I have made several boxes to hold my handmade cards, boxes to give as 'keepsake' boxes for baby gifts, children's treasure boxes, and now - a box to hold special Christmas ornaments.  I actually collect Christmas ornaments - every time I visit a new city - I buy a Christmas ornament as my souvenir.  Then every year when we are putting up the Christmas tree, I can reminisce with my family about all the places I (and they, in some cases) have been!  Lots of these ornaments no longer have the box they came in - so this box will help keep them from getting broken and/or lost.

The memory boxes are made of sturdy chipboard and simply fold together.  They have a strong magnetic closure flap on the front.  Super easy & fun project!  Oh, and did I mention that these fabulous boxes are only $8.25 Cdn!!!

Materials Used (all Close to My Heart):
Pewter Brad from Mistletoe Accents
Cocoa Cardstock
Friendship Alphabet Large acrylic stamp set
Adorn-able acrylic stamp set

  1. Another fantastic idea - I want to make some special ornament storage boxes, too!! The dimensional elements on the top are flat enough that the box won't get all beat up in storage, either! I love how you've designed this - it will enhance your holiday decorating through the season and be useful at the same time. You are a genius!!

  2. This is such a pretty box. What a great idea to hold your special ornaments. I actually just bought a couple of these boxes for the first time and am looking forward to decorating them for gifts this Christmas season. Thanks for the inspiration.
